Chipsters Program – June 9th -13th $74.00
CLASS FULL - Ages 6-8 @ 8:00am
CLASS FULL -Ages 9-11 @ 9:30am
Ages 12 and up and overflow 11:00pm
The 2008 program will consist of range instruction and a play day geared towards introducing juniors to the game with an emphasis on fun. Fundamentals will be stressed as the juniors participate in drills and contests over the five days. The program will cover Putting, Chipping, Irons, Woods, rules and etiquette. The program will conclude with a fun and challenging day on the course. Participants will receive a T-shirt, prizes throught the week, and coupon for five large buckets of range balls.
Family Night Clinics – 6:00pm Mondays $95.00
CLINIC FULL Series 1 - June 23rd, 30th, July 7th, 14th
CLINIC FULL Series 2 - July 21st , 28th, August 4th, 11th
Family Night is a four week evening clinic series where one adult and one junior come out to the range together to work on their games. The juniors will go through a 45-minute group lesson while the adults are free to hit balls on their own. Following the 45-minute practice session, the adults will be able to take their juniors out on the course to play.

Middle Shool ages 11-14 play 9-holes $380.00
High School ages 15-18 play 18-holes $420.00
9 tournament season
The Gold Crown Junior Golf Association is a competitive tournament series for boys and girls in middle school (11yrs to 14yrs) and high school (15yrs to 18yrs). Area courses enter teams of five players and travel to different courses for tournament play. This year all interested golfers will participate in a three day try out session to determine our teams. Try out fees will be $10 per player and will be held at West Woods. All qualifiers must pay Gold Crown fees upon selection to a team. West Woods will donate a team shirt, weekly practice with a Pro sessions, and a sleeve of balls for each tournament.
LPGA GIRLS GOLF CLINIC FULL AS OF 3/3/08
LPGA Girls Junior Golf – 10:00am on Mon/Thurs $25
Girls ages 7-17

LPGA-USGA Girls Golf provides an opportunity for girls, ages 7 to 17, to learn to play golf, build lasting friendships and experience competition in a fun, supportive environment, preparing them for a lifetime of enjoyment with the game. Girls are learning values inherent to the game of golf, such as practice, respect, perseverance, and honesty, preparing them to meet challenges of today's world with confidence.Girls will learn rules and etiquette, putting, pitching, short irons, full swing irons and woods. The first half of the program will be instructional sessions on the driving range. The second half will transition to the golf course and incrementally increase in length and difficulty.
Junior Tournament Series

The Junior Tournament Series is an introduction to competitive golf in a fun enviroment. Entry fee is $6 per tournament and includes a Hot Dog, Fountain Drink, and Chips. Points will be awarded at each tournament and count towards the seasons ending Arvada Cup (7/23 and 7/24). Teams for the Arvada Cup will be determined by points accumilated In the first 4 events. Please call the respective golf course at least 5 days prior to the event to sign up. Tee times will be available 2 to 3 days prior to the tournament. |
